Northgate Market Clinches Approval for 40,000 SQFT Grocery Store on Vacant Moreno Valley Corner

The Moreno Valley Planning Commission unanimously cleared Northgate Gonzalez Markets to build a roughly 40,000-square-foot grocery store on a long-vacant 4.31-acre corner at Perris Boulevard and Brodiaea Avenue, brushing aside a neighbor's objection that the store would rise directly behind her home.
