Shea Properties Breaks Ground on 118,000 SQFT Shea Center Industry in City of Industry

Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties has started building Shea Center Industry, a two-building, 118,232-square-foot Class A warehouse and distribution project in the eastern San Gabriel Valley that will reach the leasing market in late 2027 as the submarket's vacancy tightens.
