This multi-year project will solidify the mall as North Orange County’s ultimate lifestyle destination, featuring new retail and dining options, a resort-style fitness concept, luxury residential buildings and a spacious outdoor plaza.

The redeveloped space will feature a vast 119,000 square foot streetscape for shoppers to explore world-class brands and new restaurant concepts, including consumer favorites Life Time, Zara, Pacific Catch, Din Tai Fung, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Philz Coffee and The Melt. Brea residents and visitors will also be able to attend seasonal outdoor gatherings and events in the beautifully manicured outdoor plaza found adjacent to shops and restaurants.
