TailoredSpace to Expand its Reach Throughout Southern California in 2024

As the need for flexible office space continues, TailoredSpace is seizing the opportunity to grow its presence across Southern California. Recently, the coworking space provider unveiled plans to expand significantly in 2024, according to a report from Commercial Observer.

The company aims to launch up to eight new locations, effectively doubling its current portfolio. Laguna Niguel in Orange County and Santa Clarita in northwestern Los Angeles County are next in line for the company’s expansion roadmap.

In 2023, TailoredSpace and its sibling, SimplerSpace, displayed active growth by adding three locations in Carlsbad, Placentia and San Juan Capistrano. These additions join their existing seven sites in Brea, Chino Hills, Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, West Covina and another spot in Carlsbad, according to the company’s website.

Established in 2019, TailoredSpace offers communal workspaces through monthly memberships, diverging from traditional leases by collaborating with landlords through service contracts. This unique approach involves TailoredSpace managing staff operations while landlords handle maintenance, furnishings and equipment provisions.

The company’s expansion signifies a strategic response to the evolving landscape of work preferences, aiming to cater to the increasing need for flexible, collaborative workspaces as professionals continue to embrace remote and flexible work arrangements.
