The Voit Company Sells Nearly 29,000 SQFT Industrial Building in Rialto for $10.67MM

The Inland Empire is seeing more industrial properties trade hands. According to public records, an entity tracing to The Voit Company sold a 28,837 square foot industrial building in Rialto for $10.67 million, or about $370 per square foot. The property was purchased by an entity tracing to bedding manufacturer Amrapur Overseas. 

The building is located at 1993 W Casmalia St. The building was constructed in 2022 and is part of the Renaissance Commerce Center, which was developed by Voit. 

A marketing brochure for Renaissance Commerce Center shows that the industrial assemblage consists of three buildings. The other two buildings are located at 2033 and 2133 W Casmalia Street and total 24,337 and 34,015 square feet, respectively. Renaissance Commerce Center sits on approximately 5.1 acres and also offers 110 parking spaces. 

The property is situated in the north end of the Rialto Airport neighborhood, which is home to a number of industrial users, like Amazon, Niagara Bottling, Zara, Monster and others. The site is also just north of State Route 210.

The Voit Company is a Newport Beach-based firm with a focus on the acquisition, management and development of commercial real estate throughout the Southwestern United States. The company was founded in 1971 and currently manages and/or owns properties in California, Hawaii and Arizona, according to its website. 

Amrapur Overseas was founded in California in 1983 as a supplier of institutional and hospitality linens, later expanding into textiles and home decor. In September 2015, the company moved its distribution services to a 225,000 square foot facility in Corona.
