Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A. has tapped Avison Young to sell its 25-acre Cypress headquarters campus and will permanently close its finance division's facility in October, cutting 61 jobs as the powersports maker shifts its U.S. base to Kennesaw, Georgia.
