Shopoff Realty Investments has sold another entitled pad inside its 25-acre Uptown Newport master plan in Newport Beach, this time to Shea Homes for a 23-unit condominium project, even as the roughly 690 units that would complete the community sit locked beneath a Tower Semiconductor wafer plant whose stay the city agreed last year to extend into late 2030.
