Trader Joe's has signed an 8,630-square-foot lease at Sea Breeze Properties' 222 North City tower in San Marcos, the largest retail lease in San Diego County in the third quarter of 2026 and the first Trader Joe's in the city, as countywide retail vacancy held at 4.4 percent.
