In the third quarter of 2026, Prologis secured a 220,000-square-foot lease with Delivrae Inc. at its Mid Counties Industrial Center, one of the largest industrial commitments in Los Angeles County that quarter, in a Mid-Cities submarket that shed nearly 900,000 square feet of occupied space.
