Berkadia Secures $23.5MM in Financing for Commercial Office Property in Valencia, Calif.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – March 9, 2020 – Berkadia today announced the financing secured for the headquarters of digital marketing and technology company Scorpion in Valencia, California. Managing Director Scott Wilkie and Associate Director Evan Ballmann of Berkadia’s Columbus, Ohio office secured the permanent refinancing on behalf of the borrower, California-based Scorpion Real Estate LLC.

The 10-year loan from Citigroup features a 4.05 percent interest rate, a 73 percent loan-to-value ratio and a 30-year amortization schedule.

The property is conveniently located near Interstate 5.
