Citymark Communities Buys 1.5-Acre Residential Development Site in San Diego for $5.5MM

San Diego, Calif. – Colliers today announced the $5,550,000 sale of a 1.5-acre residential development site located at 4830 Noyes St., San Diego, CA 92109, in north Pacific Beach.

The buyer, Citymark Communities, plans to build 11 custom homes and renovate an existing 1930s Spanish-style home. The new homes will have unobstructed views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Colliers’ Senior Vice President Victor Krebs represented the seller, the Mackey Family Trust. The buyer represented itself.

“This property is one of the largest undeveloped parcels in Pacific Beach, and the location has great views of Mission Bay,” said Krebs. “The same family has owned the property for 80 years, and the grandparents built the existing Spanish home that Citymark plans to restore. The new homes will provide much-needed housing in Pacific Beach and be within walking distance to a top elementary school and Kate Sessions Park.”
