Gold’s Gym Signs 30,000 SQFT Lease at The Pike Entertainment District in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, CALIF. – JLL announced today that Gold’s Gym SoCal, the world’s leader in strength and performance, has signed a 30,000-square-foot lease at The Pike, a 392,248 square-foot entertainment district in Long Beach, California, adjacent to the Aquarium of the Pacific. Gold’s Gym SoCal will occupy the entire second floor and half of the first floor of a building located at 71 Aquarium Way with Nike currently occupying the remainder of the building. 

Gold’s Gym SoCal plans to open a full-service upscale gym in mid-2023.

JLL’s Ken Shishido represented Gold’s Gym in the lease.  He is also working with the company on their expansion throughout Southern California.
