Kennedy Wilson Recruits Jamison’s Jaime Lee to Drive Capital Formation Across $37B Platform

Kennedy Wilson has hired Jaime Lee, who spent more than two decades at Jamison and ran the family-controlled developer as chief executive, to lead capital formation across a $37 billion platform that is pressing deeper into multifamily just weeks after the two firms launched a 4,000-unit affordable housing venture in Los Angeles.
