Irvine, Calif. – Joseph Kim has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as Senior Vice President, specializing in retail properties. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, representing many fast-growing retail and restaurant concepts throughout Southern California.

He has worked with institutional landlords such as Irvine Company, DJM, Regency Centers, and LNR — and represented many national retail tenants including Popeyes, 7-11, and Waba Grill. He has completed over 50 lease transactions for the Waba Grill Franchise Corporation.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kim served as Vice President at SVN Vanguard in Santa Ana.

“I am very excited to join the Kidder Mathews team and be part of its impressive and ongoing growth in Southern California. The firm’s industry-leading marketing department, brokerage tools, research, and extensive market knowledge will be an incredible benefit to my clients,” said Kim.
