Los Angeles County's industrial construction pipeline has grown to 5.8 million square feet even as deliveries fell by more than half this year, with Xebec, Prologis, P&L Realty and Overton Moore Properties building speculative warehouses from Sylmar to Carson while AB 98 narrows the path for new infill projects.
