RiverRock Real Estate Group Adds Regional Vice President for Los Angeles Region

RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based property and asset management firm, has added Janice Church as regional vice president for its Los Angeles region. In this position Church will oversee the firm’s Los Angeles management team and portfolio, encompassing 7.5 million square feet of space.  Church’s career includes more than 20 years in commercial property management.

Prior to joining RiverRock, Church spent nearly seven years with Hines serving most recently as senior regional facilities manager, west region for its Amazon account, encompassing class A office space totaling approximately 30 sites, 4.5 million square feet of space. In this role, she worked with Amazon’s regional contacts and led regional teams responsible for delivering best in class service to the client, budgeting, financial reporting and vendor contract and lease administration oversight.

In addition to her work with Hines, Church served as a senior property manager with CBRE and senior property manager with Smith, Hricik & Munselle Management Co.

Active in the property management industry, Church is currently vice president of finance on the IREM Greater LA Chapter Executive Council. She has long been active in IREM having held roles including vice president of communications and vice president of administration. Church received the 2017 CPM® of the Year Award and she holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation.   She’s also been active in BOMA GLA for many years serving on various committees such the TOBY Committee which she’s previously co-chaired, Awards of Excellence Committee, Government Affairs Committee and the Forecast Breakfast Committee. She holds the BOMA Real Property Administrator® (RPA) and Facilities Managers Administrator® (FMA) designations.
