Signal Brands Signs Lease for 22,000 SQFT at Creative Office Space in Los Angeles’ West Adams Neighborhood

LOS ANGELES – CIM Group announced today that it has signed a lease with Signal Brands for approximately 22,000 square feet of creative office space at its 5600 W. Adams building in Los Angeles’ West Adams neighborhood.

Signal Brands, a manufacturer and distributor of globally-renowned fashion brands licensed for handbags, small leather goods, luggage, and travel accessories—including GUESS, Nine West, and Steve Madden Australia—is relocating its Los Angeles headquarters to West Adams. Signal Brands also maintains offices in New York, Italy, Hong Kong, and Australia.

CIM Group’s in-house leasing team handled the transaction. Signal Brands was represented by Roi Shleifer, Bart Pucci, and William Tittmann from Savills.

The approximately 30,000-square-foot brand new creative office building features open floor plates with exposed ductwork, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and spacious outdoor patios. Signal Brands joins entertainment law firm Donaldson Callif Perez at 5600 W. Adams, which brings the property to 100 percent leased shortly after CIM Group’s receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy.

Situated on a highly visible stretch of West Adams Boulevard, between South Fairfax Avenue and Hauser Avenue, 5600 W. Adams is located in one of Los Angeles’s most sought after neighborhoods, a burgeoning district with eclectic dining and entertainment options. The property sits in a transit-oriented hub near the I-10 and California State Route 187, offering easy access to West Los Angeles, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Downtown LA, and is serviced by the Metro E Line and the upcoming Crenshaw/LAX Rail on Exposition Boulevard and Crenshaw Boulevard.
