HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — In one of L.A.’s largest office leases of 2023 to date, Lincoln Property Company, a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that Verve Talent & Literary Agency will relocate its global headquarters to BA/SE, a Class A, state-of-the-art creative office campus that debuted in the Hollywood Media District in 2015. Verve expects to move into their new 53,000 square foot office next month, becoming an anchor tenant at the newly renovated campus.
Significantly leased before COVID, Lincoln acquired the campus in late 2020 from the J.H. Snyder portfolio following the passing of prolific Los Angeles-based developer Jerry Snyder. At the time of purchase, the property had fallen to just 50 percent leased. Since then, Lincoln has executed extensive exterior upgrades, including the addition of a food and beverage kiosk, spacious outdoor patios and gathering areas featuring built-in seating and other amenities. In addition, Lincoln’s project management team, which is part of its Global Corporate Solutions Group, is handling the interior buildout of Verve’s headquarters.
“Given its prime location in the heart of Hollywood and its creative campus environment, we saw this as an opportunistic investment with tremendous upside as the market recovers,” said Rob Kane, Executive Vice President of Lincoln’s Southern California operations and head of the company’s Global Corporate Solutions Group.
“We’ve since renovated the exterior of the property and added new features that enhance the campus vibe, including a variety of comfortable and convenient areas for tenants to meet clients, host events and connect with colleagues. Verve’s decision to bring their headquarters to BA/SE represents significant forward momentum for the property as we aim to bring it back up to full occupancy,” he added.

Located at 6555 Barton and 959 Seward in the Hollywood Media District across from the historic Sunset Las Palmas Studios, BA/SE offers sophisticated and creative office space featuring beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass with operable windows, high exposed ceilings and concrete floors, options of a fully furnished space or an open floor and ample parking in an on-site parking structure. BA/SE is ideally located near neighborhood amenities and major players in the industry, including Netflix, Milk Studios, Company 3, and Red Studios.
