3PL Takes 310,000 SQFT at Fontana’s Vintage Park East as Ernest Packaging Fills Neighboring 199,000 SQFT Building

Four months after Newmark took over leasing at the 2.6 million-square-foot Vintage Park East, an unnamed third-party logistics provider has committed to the 310,100-square-foot cross-dock building at 11754 Cabernet Drive, two weeks after Ernest Packaging Solutions signed for the building next door, leaving the Fontana campus with none of the 509,000 square feet it brought to market in June.
