CBRE, Los Angeles Ryan Greer

Greer comes over from Newmark; He joins the team of Brian Eisendrath at the firm’s West LA office

Los Angeles – CBRE announced that Ryan Greer has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance as Senior Vice President. He will be based at the firm’s West LA office, working with Brian Eisendrath’s team.

As one of the leading multifamily capital markets specialists in the country, Greer comes over from Newmark where he spent 10 years, most recently as Managing Director.

“We are very excited to have Ryan join our team,” said Eisendrath. “Ryan shares our vision of de-commoditizing our business by helping our clients execute their business plans. He has strong lender relationships that will help us expand our services to our clients even further.”

In his previous position, Greer specialized in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing for multifamily assets across the country. Greer has been integrally involved in many of the region’s high-profile multifamily deals, totaling more than $10 billion in loan originations over the past six years.

“I’m thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and proficient team within CBRE,” said Greer. “Brian and his team have proven to produce the most competitively available financing solutions in the marketplace during these uncertain times. I’m excited to join this high-performing group and broaden the expertise and offerings available to new and existing customers.”

Greer will be one of several additions to the Eisendrath team, which plans to further expand to meet record levels of demand.

“In addition to Ryan, we have made five strategic hires in 2021 and are looking to fill four more by year end,” said Eisendrath. “This will help us continue as one of the top capital markets teams in the country.”
